Mr. Geoff Ridden is Chief Executive Officer of G7 Systems LLC [USA] and Managing Director of G7 Systems Kenya Limited. Mr. Ridden founded G7 Systems LLC in 1996 and has overseen its growth from inception as an Information Warehousing services organization, to the present organization, whose goal is to create sustainable development in rural Kenya through ethical outsourcing. In order to increase the impact of G7 in the local community, the New Ventures division was founded in 2008 to create sustainable micro-entities which will provide meaningful employment to rural Kenyans without a university education.

In 2009 Mr. Ridden created a recording label called Shieywe Trust, to provide ethical contracts for local Kenyan recording artists. In the first project, Mr. Ridden [playing trumpet] is teaming up with famous twiste artist John Nzenze.Nzenze's share of the proceeds from this project will be deposited into a trust which should support Nzenze and his family for many years to come.The audio CD and Video will be released in October 2009.

For 13 years prior to founding G7 Systems, Mr. Ridden was an Information Technology Manager with the British Columbia Telephone Company. Mr. Ridden serves as a Director of Afretech Aid Society [Canada] and Afretech Inc [USA] a 501(c)(3) charitable organization whose goal is to transform the poorest African rural schools into true institutions of learning by proving them with the educational resources that they need. Mr. Ridden holds a Bachelors degree in Mathematics [with Distinction] from the University Of Waterloo, and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University.
